Our machine shop is equipped to handle a wide range of precision machining needs, specializing in both CNC and manual operations. We operate three Haas vertical machining centers, providing high-speed, high-accuracy milling for complex and custom parts in a variety of materials. These machines allow for consistent production, tight tolerances, and efficient turnaround on both prototype and production runs. Complementing our CNC capabilities, we utilize a manual Hardy lathe and a manual vertical Bridgeport mill for custom one-off jobs, secondary operations, and specialized work that requires a hands-on approach. This blend of modern CNC technology and skilled manual machining allows us to offer flexible, reliable, and high-quality machining solutions tailored to our customers’ needs.

At our machine shop, precision and quality control are fundamental to every part we produce. We utilize high-gauge, calibrated inspection tools—including digital and analog calipers, micrometers, and certified gauge pins—to ensure all critical dimensions meet tight tolerance requirements. Flatness and parallelism are verified using precision granite surface plates in combination with dial indicators and height gauges, allowing us to detect deviations within thousandths of an inch. To ensure surface finishes meet engineering and aesthetic standards, we use surface finish comparators and profilometers where required, verifying smoothness and texture according to specified Ra values. All measurement equipment is regularly calibrated and maintained to meet industry standards, supporting our commitment to delivering highly accurate, consistent, and professional machining results.
